Well I never went to prom, but other than that I use those other products.

I also live on a permaculture farm, and I'm pretty highly environmentally aware.

But I could buy an awful lot of beauty products, for what one middle aged man going through a midlife crissis will use one one sports car, or boat. I'd be willing to say, I could pretty much use a lifetimes supply of sunscreen (my beauty product) tampons, cotton balls, and hairspray, and still not do the environmental damage that one silly sports car did.

What about the fact that most guys are very much into technical gagets. Technical gagets that quickly become outdated, or break....and use batteries.

I dunno....how do you supose a technical gaget with it's batteries in a landfill compairs with an old bottle of hairspray? (I use hairpray in metal cans, not plastic)

I don't think a woman has ever ordered her country into a war in modern times. Men however have, and used everything from mustard gas, to a nuke.

I'd say you could wear a whole lotta prom dresses for the environmental damage of on nuke.

Women make a lot of small choices for their families. Combind, the women have a pretty big impact on the environment. Men make large choices which affect thing globally. A single man can do as much damage as all the women in his country combind.

It depends, I don't use what is on the list, but many women and men do (well I don't know of any men who use tampons).
