i want to get my hair done for prom and im not sure if ulta provides that service. has anyone gotten thier hair or make-up done at ulta? how much is it? and also could i bring a picture of how i want my hair? thanks so much for your time! =]

Go to a beauty college and take a picture of what you want they do them there for really cheap and very well.

The Ulta where I live has a salon but I've never used it .I just go there to buy my products. Sorry I can't help more.
