I did this for my birthday before.

Take a picture with a hot guy.

Skip down the mall with your friends like in the wizard of Oz.

Go to the food court and put on a performance.

Go into Hollister or something and make fun of them by talkin preppy or scream how expensive everything is like "Holy lord! 39.50 for a shirt that is going to fall apart in the wash after the first time I wash it? Let's buy it!"
