You could get a perm and you can tell them what size curls you want to have.

Or for a less drastic way, you just take a piece of hair about 2 inches wide and wrap it around the barrel of a curling iron. You can choose what size curls you want by choosing what size curling iron you use. And at the end, just spray your hair with a little bit of hairspray to keep your curls all day then just wash them out.

Well if you want a "scrunched" look, Heres what I do. (What the girl has in the first pic)

I have wavy hair) When its straightened or when i get out of the shower i put my hair into two braids for awhile. I usually keep them in for the night which gives it cute waves.

Then I get some hair gel and pretty much get it all through-out my hair. Which gives it a wet look. And to finish it off i get some updo hairspray and spray the curls.

Thats it =]

is your hair naturally curly?

if it is, then after your take a shower scruch it with gel, then put all of it up with as many hair clips as you need (i use one big one and a couple little and my hair is fairly long) the hair should be close to the top of your head, then spray it with hair spray, sleep with it like this, then when you get up take it out and WAOULA!! you have gorgeous hair, if you want a smooth, touchable look, put in "leave-in" conditioner.

while washing ur hair, put shampoo in ur scalp.

rinse off.

put lots of conditioner on the rest of ur hair.

rinse with cold water.

dry ur hair with a paper towlel instead of a normal towel.

apply moose to ur hair and scrunch it.

then apply wet-effect gel to ur hair and scrunch it

apply SUnsilk anti-frizz cream

scrunch it all up.

hopefully, ur hair will be curly

spray on some hair spray and continue ur day.
