HELP ME GET READY FOR PROM (creative people needed)?

this is what i look like/how im doing my makeup-

i was thinking since my hair is short and i have to have bangs bc of my alarmingly large forehead, i thought id do a sleek bun at the nape of my neck nd maybe a chunky braid going down one side into the bun. i could wear a tiara then. But i dunno that seems so dull.

my question is, if i was a dummy, based on my face and hair: how would you do my hair?

if you have pictures that would be so appreciated!!!! even if its just how you or your friend did their hair, doesnt have to be a celeb.

Hey! First let me say I think your makeup looks great! (Less is really more now a days!) As for your hair! What you said sound really pretty! Some other things you could try are:

Hair half up (like a pony-tail with just th top part of your hair)

Soft curls with a side part

Curly

Side pony-tail

High-clipped (take your bangs and pin them up to they look 'high')

I think any of these would look nice but a Prom Magazine could probably give you alot more (and better) ideas! Try SevenTeen Prom Edition! It has lot's of hair ideas! Good luck!

that's how you're doing your make up? I think you should wear a bit more.. you have such fair skin, powdered shimmer eye shadow would look great on your eyes. and be careful to not take attention away from your pretty eyes by wearing a harsh lipstick, wear a "juicy" looking gloss with a hint of coral color. blue eyeliner would be nice, or purple if you want to look different. shimmering blush would also do well.

if u twist the sides of ur hair back to make a half ponytail type thing, then you could wear a tiara and it would be like u r 'royal'.

with your makeup you don't want to over do it, you should make it look natural, use a little bit of glittery eyeshadow (same color as the rinestones) and light colored lipstick/gloss.

Note-

the prom isn't the biggest thing in the world, don't be too concerned with what you look like, just go and have fun.

I would pull all of that hair back into a tight bun closer to the crown of your head with loose ringlets. It will lengthen your neck a lot. If your neck is already long, it'll just make you even more graceful looking. You could still wear the tiara with a bun, but small flowers or baby's breath would match your dress as well.

Velvet ribbons would be nice accessories too and lots of sparkly jewelry.

Then again, I'm almost 40 and fashion nowadays slips me sometimes! HAHA!

Have fun at the prom. Wear lots of powder because when they take pics at the prom, the flashes are usually like a supernova!!
