I am thinking a cute short pink or blue one. They really look cute especially in the winter ya know. I think it should be shorter to since you said you have long legs. I would suggest ones with straps tho because like if they do not have straps like mine didn't at my prom it is really hard to dance and you need to hold it up all night and I had like fashion tape and everything.

i am a little top heavy so i couldn't go strapless, so i wore a halter. for long legs i think you should get a dress that shows that off, maybe with a slit or something thats not so shortening. and short hair- definitely show off your back if nothing else.
