I'm about 5ft 1", very slim (waist about 21" i think) curvy everywhere else but very flat chested ! Very pale skin (not good). Very dark brown eyes and light brown hair. Seem to suit blues and greys.. but I don't know.

Blues, pinks, and purples usually work the best. Try to avoid any dark colors becuase they make yourself look dull. I would get a v neckline, but not to low. Plain, with some sort of little jewel always looks pretty. I hope this helps.

If your prom is this winter, i would go with a green or blue. Long most definitely and one shoulder strap... i think that would look very nice, and with winter, definitely a "diamond" necklace if you have one.
If it's soon, ie fall, go with a red with a black trim somewhere... same length, same strap but then make a neck choker, or whatever you call those things that are tight on your neck. yeah, good luck with the decisions.

You should definitely get pink.I love pink. You shouldn't get full length though and wear like very very high heels.

no don't get full length. from your description i think a darkish bluey green would suit you. depending on how flat chested you are depends on what sort of dress. i think maybe you should get one that is boob tube but drops under your boobs so that it sort of has pleets but doesnt' puff right out.
