you COULD go to mac or lancome but i understand those places are expensive! If that is not an option then i would do this:
eye liner will work. I would make it dramatic. Definately yes on the top-but i question the bottom. sometimes your eyes get too dark if you put it on the bottom. I would make a VERY thin line on the bottom.. this will make your eyes look big!
for eyeshadow-i would go with a light brown/bronzey gold one. it goes with just about every color!! and wear mascara too for the dramatic effect!
put a foundation on to level your ski color. tHen get a light bronzer and powder on for a good finish..
then a pretty blush for the apples of your cheeks!
since your eyes need to be dramatic-just go with a light lip gloss- a petal pink one..
good luck and remember to have fun!!

You can go to Nordstrom to the MAC counter (or any brand probably, I just prefer MAC!) and they will do your makeup for "free". They usually request that you purchase $40 worth of product. It is totally worth it and you will look amazing (not to mention get some useful tips!).

You should wear a brighter eyeshadow, with maybe a little shimmery color in it. Maybe a pretty purple, darker colors make eyes seem smaller. Usually eyelines makes eyes a little smaller too, so do not fully line your eyes with it. If you want to use eyeliner, put it partially on the top, from the center to the end of the eyelashes (in a gradually larger size) to make the lashes seem longer and thicker!

IF YOU HAVE AN AVON REP. IN YOUR AREA, I AM SURE SHE WOULD BE GLAD TO HELP YOU OUT. MIGHT NOT COST YOU ANYTHING FOR A MAKEOVER, JUST DEPENDS ON THE REP.

First of all, do not over do the make up or you won't even look like yourself. And heavy makeup will detract from that beautiful dress. Since it is purple, I would wear light silver eyeshadow to make my eyes bigger. Then black eyeliner at the end of your eyelid.... do not cover the entire lid, it will make the eyes smaller. Then eye liner under the eye but only in the far corner. Curl your eyelashes. Then apply mascara. Choose a nice blush and deep pink lipstick. Not red. You'll be gorgeous !!!

I would first prepare the skin by exfoliating it so that it will glow. Put on your foundation with a DAMP sponge. Make sure that it is wet, but not drippy. I like Mary Kay products. (marykay.com) Then place a concealer under your eyes that is 1 shade lighter than your actual skin tone. To make the make-up set for a long night out, dust on some loose powder on your t-zone(forehead, nose, and chin). Use a black liquid eyeliner on your top lashes. Make the line close to your lash line, so it just makes your eyes pop. I like Maybaylinne waterproof liquid eyeliner. Since you have a purple dress with black accents, you can do a light smokey eye, so that it still looks elegant, or you can have a very soft purple eye. Just use a neutral eye color like a soft gold or champagne. Put that color on your lid, and under your eye across the bottom lash line. This will brighten up your eyes and make them appear larger. After this apply a soft purple eyeshadow that has shimmer in it...NOT GLITTER, and place that on the corners of your outer eye, somewhat like a sideways v (%26lt;). After that, use a highlighter on your eyebrow line. A soft champagne color works well. If you use liquid eye shadows it will make a more glowy look. If this is too much for you, then just go to a clinque counter in the mall for a free make over. Look for somebody whose makeup looks good. Good Luck!

Whatever you do ,don't use black.eyeliner isn't the most important,if your on a budget,I'd go to the drug store pick up an eyeshadow set that has purple ,grey, pink ivory.Apply darkest to lower lid and then lighter as you go up. you can use it as eyeliner also. use one of those mineral blushes.a neutral lip liner for lips, line completely, and put on a tinted lip gloss.ohhh, please curl your eyelashes a few times till you can tell a difference, apply mascara in brown or navy,or plum. when youre done take a dry cooton pad or ball and, smooth out anything that isn't smooth.you should look fantastic.it sounds like alot but you should look pretty and not so made up,Ipromise. Have fun, Roni

this is so simple but it is beautiful i think. just do a thick straight line of black eye liner on your top lash line only and make it kind of cat eye at the end but not to much. i do my make up like this and i get a lot of compliments, its very elegant looking.

I would say get it done at any makeup counter at the mall or MAC or Sephora. You usually have to buy the make up though.
If you cant spend the money,
1. Apply moisturizer and wait 15 minutes to absorb
2. use a concealor a little lighter than your skin tone to cover up and blemishes and dark spots.
3. Apply foundation that matches your skin tone. If your using your fingers dab it on dont rub it in. Keep doing that untils it even, it'll stay on longer.
4. Apply blush peach shade, to the apples of your cheek and blend upwards toward your upper part of your ear.
5. Use a sheer pink or red lip GLOSS. keep it really sheer and glossy.
6. Eyes: Dab it with concealor on the lids.
-Brush on a shimmery light colored eyeshadow to under your eyebrow. Keep it light or your eyes with look bushy.
- Apply a dark color such as mauve, dark drown or grey to your crease. Blend well outwards.
-Since you have small eyes, apply a little bit of the color you used for under your brow on the middle of the lid.
-Apply a cream liner from the middle of your eyelash outwards fliping the ends slightly upwards. (practice it you'll get it). Aplly it to the bottom up to 1/3 of the way in. It'll make you eyes look long.
- Use white liner inside your eyes to make them pop and look bigger. Finish with mascara.
