Ideas for prom?

I am a junior and I stand at 5'11''. I have an hourglass shape, and I am very self conscious about my legs (I love my arms and shoulders though!). I need dress and makeup ideas and I need ideas for my hair. I have hip length, natural wavy brown hair. I have hazel eyes with flecks of amber and sage. My hair has natural highlights, and colors that look good on me are pale gold, green, red, navy blue, burgundy, or deep purple. I would prefer one of these colors, but other choices are fine.
