HELP! my dress is black with a white slip underneath. i already picked out my hair style. my problem is idk wat to do as far as my make-up goes. n i cant do that smokey eye thing

than go with 1 color of eyeshawdow a shade darker than ur skin, eyeliner , mascara, lipliner the same color as skin and lip stick , and blush if you have pale skin (use concealer if needed)

why can't you do the smokey eye thing? It's just lots of dark shadow. You should start practicing. I would suggest something dramatic. Of course start with a base shadow all over the lid then do a dark purple along the lower lid (more along the outside and crease. Blend with a much lighter shade of purple up to the brow line. Try that and let me know what you think. The key is to keep blending. Start light then get darker.

Make sure you wear lip gloss over a faint lip color. Just a little cheek color (just on the apples of your cheeks if you have a slender face.) If not try to contour some cheek bones.
