Thats me in my Prom dress / my hair is past my shoulders when straight , but its naturally curly . ; btw .

Also i was thinking WOULD AN UP DO BE BEST CUZ I WANNA SHOW THE BACK OF THE DRESS? ITS LOWER IN THE BACK.

That is so pretty! And since the dress is so beautiful and vibrant, I think you should keep your makeup and hair simple...get it straightened and have a part in the middle or the side and just have it flowing...or put some curls at the end...and your make-up, light shadow and blush and maybe a deep lipstick. ;]

I would say do a cute messy yet slick up-do, if you know what I mean because then your hair wouldn't cover the back of the dress, and I just think it would be best. Hope that helps!

god that dress is goregous! and im not just saying that? its like super cute... but ya since it has a lot going on i would suggest doing an updo like this one...

cause its a simple one not a lot with it.. and just some simple make up with some black eyeliner and not a lot though.. and just some really light color or simmer... and just a clear gloss on the lips cause a lot of color will take away from the amazing dress
