I am 5 ft 3,

size 14 on top (36C chest)

size 12 on bottom...

I have mid length dark brown hair!

Basically need a dress to flatter my STOMACH and UPPER ARMS!! (shortish skirt is ideal as i want to dance!)

PLEASE HELP...what styles and colours would suit me, also...what about accessories??

try a sparklie blue, or black dress, with a cut that is about inbetween your boobs, and your neck, and is just above knee lenght. acceserize with colared fake, dimonds. (unless your rich enough to buy real ones.)

Peach... pink ....rose... coral ..... strapless with a shrug ....in contrasting color for arms...... full skirt....show off your legs...... keep the accessorie light nice earrings... soft wavy sexy hair.... maybe a braclet...... look like like a beautiful femine woman......:)

just a suggestion check your local thrift store see what they have.. For accessories..try a store like Icing or claires.

Colors: Dark Plum, Black, or Royal blue...

Accessories a small tiara, high heels, small clutch bag, and a shall for your arms if you want.

Has a band arond the ribs...to give the illusion of a slimmer waste and because you have somewhat of a large chest...it has straps to support your boobies from falling out while you're dancing....I should know, I had the same problem at my prom! And it is short...
