i have fair skin and light brown hair and blue green eyes so i wore a bright BLUE dress to jr. prom and my eyes were so blue/green from the dress everyone commented my eyes that night. also senor prom i wore a lime coloured dress and my skin was like porcilien it was perfect. i would go for either a bright blue or any color green maybe even a deep purple depending on the style and shade. good luck

Pastel colours will make you look washed out, i have the same colouring as you and find that a really deep aubergine or midnight blue suits me best but it's not just about the colour it's the cut of the dress as well get a style that suits your shape and you will look stunning!
