It's an up-do.. I don't think you can do it yourself. IT;s really hard,, go to a hair salon and get it done professionally, you'll be happy with the results.

go to a salon and bring picture and ask them to do that without the diamonds or do really good curls and put the hair in circles on top of ur head and put a pin on bottom and keep doing that then on pieces or hair add fake diamonds or somethin

it looks like a roller set with large rollers(purple or grey) and they were pined up into the style.then it was hairsprayed to keep it in place and rhinestones for decoration. A stylist could probably help you get the look
